Sitemap Export

What

Sitemap export generates XML sitemap files from crawl results, listing indexable URLs discovered during the audit.

Why

Compare your live sitemap against what Spider actually crawls. Identify orphan pages, missing URLs, or indexable pages not in your sitemap.

How

1. Complete a crawl of your site
2. Go to Export → Sitemap XML
3. Configure filters: indexable only, exclude paginated duplicates, set priority
4. Choose single file or sitemap index for sites over 50,000 URLs

Export Settings

• Include lastmod — Use Last-Modified header or custom date field
• Default priority — 0.5 unless overridden per URL pattern
• Exclude noindex — Recommended: enabled
