Licensing & Activation

Activating Your License

Every KWT Labs purchase includes a license key sent to your order email. Standard licenses allow activation on one machine at a time.

Online Activation

1. Launch KWT Spider or Mind Studio
2. Open Help → Activate License
3. Paste your license key (format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
4. Click Activate and wait for confirmation

Offline Activation

If your machine has no internet access:

1. In the activation dialog, click Offline Activation
2. Save the .req request file
3. On a connected device, visit the offline activation portal (link shown in-app)
4. Upload the request file and download the .lic response
5. Import the response file in the app

Transferring a License

To move your license to another PC:

1. On the old PC: Help → Deactivate License
2. On the new PC: install the app and activate with the same key

Recovering a Lost Key

Email support@kwtlabs.com from your purchase email address. Include your order number if available. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Renewing a Subscription

When a subscription expires, the app enters read-only mode. Renew at checkout or contact sales@kwtlabs.com for a renewal link.
