Gantt Charts

What

Gantt charts display tasks on a timeline with start dates, durations, dependencies, and milestones.

Why

Plan project schedules, identify critical paths, and communicate timelines to stakeholders.

How

1. Open Gantt view from the toolbar
2. Tasks from kanban cards with due dates appear automatically
3. Drag bar edges to adjust start/end dates
4. Draw dependency lines between tasks (drag from connector dot)
5. Double-click the timeline to add milestones

Example Timeline

• Week 1: Research & discovery (5 days)
• Week 2: Design mockups (depends on research)
• Week 3: Development sprint
• Milestone: Beta launch (Friday Week 3)

Export

Export the gantt view as PNG or PDF for status reports. Include in full project PDF exports.
