KWT Labs software is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, KWT Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software according to your purchased license type (personal, commercial, trial, or other plan as specified at purchase).

You agree not to use KWT Labs products, services, or website in ways that are harmful, unlawful, or abusive. Prohibited conduct includes:

We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement. Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed where allowed by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in those cases, our disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KWT Labs and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to KWT Labs for the applicable software or service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100) if no payment was made.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, accounts, licenses, or downloads if we reasonably believe you have:

• Failed to pay applicable fees for paid services

Upon termination, your license to use the software ends unless otherwise required by law. You must stop using and uninstall the software. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of KWT Labs services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer rights, those rights are not waived by these terms where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Changes become effective when published unless stated otherwise.

Continued use of our website or software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop using our services.
