Mind Studio Overview

What is Mind Studio?

Mind Studio is a visual thinking and project planning workspace for Windows. Combine mind maps, kanban boards, gantt charts, and calendars in a single project — then present or export your work.

Core Views

• Mind Maps — Brainstorm ideas with hierarchical branches
• Kanban — Track tasks across customizable columns
• Gantt — Plan timelines with dependencies
• Calendar — See due dates and milestones at a glance

Project File Format

Projects save as .kwt files in your Documents folder by default. Files are portable — copy them to backup drives or share with teammates (one editor at a time).

Quick Start

1. File → New Project → choose a template
2. Add nodes in Mind Map view (Tab = child, Enter = sibling)
3. Switch to Kanban to convert nodes to tasks
4. Export to PDF or enter Presentation Mode
