Recover License Key
Problem
You cannot find your KWT Labs license key and need to activate or reinstall your software.
Symptoms
- Purchase email deleted or not found
- Key not visible in account portal
- Reinstall requires re-activation but key is missing
Cause
License keys are sent once to your purchase email. They are not stored in the application after a clean uninstall.
Resolution
- 1Search your inbox for "KWT Labs" or "license key" including spam and promotions folders.
- 2Check the email address used at checkout — keys are only sent to the purchaser.
- 3If you purchased through a reseller, contact them for your key.
- 4Email support@kwtlabs.com from your order email with your full name and approximate purchase date. We will resend your key within 1–2 business days.
