Export SEO Reports

Problem

SEO report export fails, produces an empty file, or crashes on large crawls.

Symptoms

Error 301 when clicking Export
PDF opens but pages are blank
Excel export hangs at "Generating sheets…"
Export works for small crawls but fails above 20k URLs

Cause

Insufficient memory for large exports, destination path permissions, or exporting all report types at once on very large datasets.

Resolution

1Close other applications to free RAM. Large crawls need 8 GB+ available memory.
2Export to Desktop. Avoid network drives and paths with non-ASCII characters.
3Use Report → Export → Select sections: export Summary and Issues separately instead of "Full report".
4For 50k+ URLs: use CSV export first (lightest), then PDF for selected sections only.
